How to Register In Person
In addition to registering online or by mail, you can also register in person. Voter Registration Applications must be completed by March 10, 2021.
Instructions
Go in person and register at:
Board of Elections Commissioners
725 Northwest Plaza Drive
Saint Louis, MO 63074
or at the following alternative registration locations:
- Department of Revenue, Division of Motor Vehicles
- Health and Social Services Offices
- Any Public library
- Schools or other tax-supported public agencies that has a Deputy Registrar on site.
Submit your application in-person with an acceptable forms of identification.
